"Cherish Your Life" Journal
The Cherish Your Life Journal communicates that each life is precious and a gift. You are here for a reason and tough times do happen. Whatever is happening in your life, it is one circumstance and not your life. It may be in your life but it isn’t your life. This journal empowers people to keep pushing through and not give up. It may be dark at night, but the sun still shines in the morning. This journal also includes information on how to write a song. We sing songs because we enjoy them and the feelings that are evoked while listening. Song writing is very personal, and artists sing out of their own personal struggles or joyous successes. In addition, individuals will learn the basic components of a song such as verse, hook, and bridge. Then they are encouraged to create their own self-expression through music or the performing arts.
These journals can be done by an entire family, individuals, in a school, community or church setting. It is our hope that families and/or groups of people get closer through working on the journals together. You can pick whichever one most appeals to you, and enjoy the journey!
When you complete these journals, we would love your feedback. You matter to us!! We want to know how this journal affected you personally! If you are willing to share your experience, you can send us a message at www.threadofhope.com/contact.
